HRC Recruitment have been appointed by our global client to recruit aGerman Speaking Business Development Manager to join their highly successful team. This is fantastic time to join a growing business who are highly regarded in their sector and invest significant time in their staff development.
 
In order to apply for this role you must have the drive and desire to succeed in a Sales position! You will be provided with ongoing industry leading training to allow you to develop a long lasting career within this sector.
 
You must be fluent in English and German.
 
Are you who we’re looking for? 
• The desire to exceed targets

• A Natural Sales Ability 
• B2B sales experience would be advantageous but not essential
 
What does the day to day look like?  
• Make outbound calls to business’s across your market promoting the clients range of  products and services
• Identify sales opportunities through promotion of additional products
• Make outbound calls to ex-customers to pitch, quote, close and win back their business
• Ensure delivery of KPI and financial targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Provide customers with a quality service, building rapport & loyal relationships
 
Due to the location of this role, your own transport would be beneficial and free parking is available on site.
