Our client is a top tier legal firm based in Edinburgh, who is looking for a Plot Sales Paralegal to join its successful team.
Working as part of an established and respected division, the successful candidate will provide support to the House Building Team and focus on Plot Sales transactions.
You will negotiate and conclude missives, examine title for part-exchange properties and submit LBTT forms.
To be considered for this role you must have solid property paralegal experience, preferably within the Plot Sales area.
