What made you want to join HRC Recruitment?
I realised I wanted to join HRC after researching the company. I admired its vision, values and culture. Doing a deep dive into their online presence, I liked the content they were producing and knew it was something I wanted to be a part of. They also focus on career development which can be pretty rare for a company.
What career path did you follow before getting into recruitment marketing?
I went through a period where I switched what I wanted to do all of the time until my last year of High School when I realised I wanted to focus on Marketing. Since then, I have focused on trying to achieve that goal. I did a degree in Marketing, then worked as a Marketing Assistant with the Council before joining HRC.
What was your dream job as a child?
I wanted to be a vet, but I cannot handle blood or injections or anything like that.
What’s been your biggest success so far?
In Uni, I moved to Nice, France, on my own for 6 months. I hadn’t been on an aeroplane very much or abroad, so it was a big step for me.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I like playing video games, doing embroidery and, as cheesy as it sounds, going on long walks.
What is most important to you?
My family and my career.
