What made you want to join HRC Recruitment?
I come from a recruitment background with around eighteen months’ previous experience in a 180 healthcare recruitment role. I was looking for a new challenge and I had come across HRC on TikTok and was really impressed. I love being social and creative so that intrigued me right away. Coming into HRC was a new adventure in a 360 role which really suited my personality, and I haven’t looked back since.
What career path did you follow before getting into recruitment?
Before joining the recruitment sector, I worked as a support worker in my local area, mostly with individuals who had been in life changing accidents. I loved this role as I am a natural empath and really enjoy helping people progress and achieve. This helps in my current role at HRC as a healthcare consultant as I feel I have a better understanding of the needs and wants of both clients and candidates.
What was your dream job as a child?
Actress / singer / artist.
What’s been your biggest success so far?
My biggest success so far has been bringing on new clients that are new to using agency and knowing I have provided the best service I can. I have gained confidence through positive feedback and words of encouragement - this is so appreciated and something I take very seriously in my career.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I like to paint, art projects, party (on the weekends), go nice walks and spend time with my cat Sully.
What is most important to you?
I think just trying to be a source of happiness for people, both in my personal and professional life. I think its important to BE HUMAN. You never really know what people are going through so being kind, patient and having a positive energy is very important to me.
