What made you want to join HRC Recruitment?
The different company values were something gave me indication that HRC cared about their employees, as well as investing the time into them. This made me feel like it was somewhere I could start to build a career. During the interview process, everyone that I had met was extremely welcoming and all spoke highly of everyone else in their teams and other teams. This was a positive sign that it was a great place to work.
What career path did you follow before getting into recruitment?
I worked within retail for five and half years doing various roles within Sainsbury’s. I started as an assistant and then became a merchandiser. I then moved into recruitment within transport and warehousing in October until I gained a position within HRC.
