Statistically speaking, the Covid pandemic that has swept across the world
has hit women the hardest. Whether that’s losing their jobs, taking on additional childcare (and still trying to work) or simply having their career confidence knocked.
If you’re still working from home, it can get lonely at times. You can feel disconnected from work. Perhaps you’re worried that not being in the office is going to further harm your chances of career progression.

This is all about unlocking talent and channeling your passions so, if you’re looking to get motivated, this could be the podcast for you. There are honest conversations about the highs and lows of the business world and plenty of positivity, too.
Black Women Working

Centering around the experience of Black women in the workplace, this podcast covers everything from Black hair at work to the Molly Mae controversy.
