We are delighted to be working with a key client to recruit a qualified accountant who will play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of change projects. The role requires a qualified accountant who excels in communication and leadership to ensure the smooth integration of acquired businesses. This is an initial 6 month FTC and requires an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of acquired businesses.
- Manage system migrations to ensure a smooth transition to existing reporting processes.
- Develop comprehensive plans for change projects and lead their execution.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project delivery within deadlines.
- Play a key role in developing and implementing strategies for successful project outcomes.
What do you need to be considered?
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience in managing change projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Experience in system migrations and integration projects.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
