Billing Analyst – Glasgow – 12mth FTC

- Meticulous worker, able to work accurately and at pace
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Professional office experience
- High level of communication skills both written and verbal
What does the day look like?
- Preparing draft bills including support documentation and final invoices
- Processing bill cancellations and credit notes
- Implementing individual and group updates across various accounts in line with changing policies
- Renewing and maintaining all system details
- Providing advice on VAT treatment, checking account rules and raising bills
- Time edits as well as transfer and/or write off WIP as required
- Preparing monthly bill runs
- Supporting wider global finance teams
- Communicating internally to resolve billing issues and enquiries
- Ensuring all activities all carried out in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
