Bulk Spirit Planner – Perthshire - £35K

What the day to day could look like:

  • Managing all bulk and cask inventory – including all movements, stock control and transport bookings at site owned and 3rd party locations
  • Controlling blending inventory and stock allocations to support export tanker requirements
  • Organising bulk export tankers from PO to export paperwork – including transport and invoicing
  • Coordinating all wood requirements across Scotland – for filling and repair
  • Using production recording and stock reporting systems e.g. DRAMS
  • Completing administration of despatch and export tanker documentation
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for personal activities

 

Are you who we’re looking for?

  • You have previous experience in a planning or logistics function
  • You ideally have previous experience in a similar role within the whisky and/or spirits industry
  • You are computer literate and have experience using Excel and Word etc
  • You are knowledgeable of Production and data recording as part of previous experience
  • You are flexible, willing to learn and have excellent attention to detail
  • You are able to work under your own initiative and support problem solving
