Business Sales Consultant
£23,000 per annum – Competitive Bonus Structure

Monday – Friday, 08:45 am – 5 pm
We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated, high-performing new Sales Executive to join our team who will promote our Employment Law and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to SME businesses. Sales or Industry experience is NOT required as full training is provided, but high energy, big work ethic, and target focus are pre-requisite for the job.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
· Outbound calling to SMEs promoting our Employment Law, and/or Health & Safety solutions.
· Schedule sales opportunities with business owners/Directors to promote Croner services.
· Work with your Business Development Manager to generate a quarterly seminar plan to maximise sales opportunities.
· Self-generate new leads, appointments and referrals through day to day new business activity.
· Achieve quarterly sales targets.
· Accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline.
· Thrive on working in a fast paced, target focussed high energy and high reward culture.
What you Bring to the Team
· Experience of pro-active sales (as opposed to “order-taking”) is appreciated, but not essential.
· We will recruit for attitude, and train for skill. We do appreciate people with initiative who try to think challenges through and come up with solutions.
· Pro-active and self-motivated attitude towards sales targets: Staff are expected to take responsibility for their individual targets.
· Outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature
· Professional and intelligent approach to work.
· Good business acumen, articulate, able to manage themselves
The Basics:
· Monday – Friday: 8.45 – 5.00pm
· 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays. Also, Birthday off.
· Monthly Bonus scheme, paid monthly in arrears.
· Quarterly Bonus scheme also in operation, running concurrently.
