Are you who we’re looking for?
- Enthusiastic Care Assistants who can do live-in.
- Senior Care Assistants who take pride and show dignity within each task
- 6 months UK care experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What does the day to day look like?
- Promote independence and encourage the service user to achieve their own personal outcomes
- Accompany and participate in meaningful activities such as community involvement and relationship building exercises
- Help service users access leisure and social opportunities
- Update our care plans accordingly
