What You'll Do:
- Manage and investigate regulated complaints across Benelux and the UK, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
- Engage directly with customers, providing regular updates and professional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and evidence.
- Make informed decisions on complaints, communicate outcomes, and liaise with local Ombudsman when necessary.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French fluency is a bonus!)
- Experience in customer service (complaints handling experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
- A passion for delivering high-quality customer care
