Are you a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our Stirling-based facility is seeking a proactive and hands-on engineer to ensure the smooth running of our high-speed production lines. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company committed to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Purpose of the Role:
To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime across a rotating Days, Backs & Nights shift pattern.
Are you who we’re looking for?
- You have a time-served apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in maintaining and fault-finding on production machinery.
- Multi-skilled capability is desirable, with strong skills in either mechanical or electrical maintenance.
- Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors is advantageous.
- A proactive problem-solver who can respond quickly to breakdowns and implement long-term solutions.
- A team player with strong communication skills, able to work independently when required.
- Committed to Health & Safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
