Your Role

As Site Engineering Lead, you will:
✔ Lead and develop the engineering team, ensuring high operational performance.
✔ Drive efficiency improvements, asset care, and preventative maintenance strategies.
✔ Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with business goals.
✔ Oversee financial planning, spare parts management, and compliance.
✔ Implement best practices from across the industry to continuously improve processes.

What You Need

Engineering Degree / HND or equivalent experience in FMCG manufacturing.
✅ Proven track record in leading and developing engineering teams in a high-paced environment.
✅ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills – ability to engage at all levels.
✅ Passion for continuous improvement, problem-solving, and driving performance.
Project management experience and an eye for operational excellence.
