Executive Assistant - Lanarkshire - Salary up to £40,000 p/a DOE

We are looking to speak to experienced Executive Assistants who are looking for a new, challenging role in Lanarkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity, to join a leading, global brand within their executive support function. You will have experience building key business relationships, providing effective diary management and administrative support daily. Ideally, you will be proactive, organised and detail oriented and have experience supporting multiple stakeholders.

This is a full-time, permanent role, working core business hours Monday - Friday. The salary for the role will be up to £40,000 p/a DOE, and this position will follow a hybrid working policy. 

 

Are you who we are looking for? 

  • You are able to coordinate, plan and manage your time effectively to complete tasks
  • You have strong administrative experience (Ideally from a PA or Business Support background)
  • You are well organised and have strong time management skills
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Suite and other packages 
  • You have strong communication skills both written and orally
  • You enjoy working individually and within a wider team environment 
  • You have a strong attention to detail 
  • You enjoy building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are able to work with confidential information in an appropriate manner 

 

What is the day to day like?

  • Providing proactive and dynamic project management coordination and support across multiple programmes, workstreams and ensuring all deadlines are prioritised and met 
  • Providing professional administrative support, typing and editing executive correspondence and producing standard reports when required 
  • Managing the daily diary of appointments and meetings for senior business leaders, managing conflicts and ensuring all times is utilised efficiently and effectively 
  • Organising all travel, domestic and international including flights, transport and accommodation, considering budget at all times 
  • Supporting the wider team where required 
  • Arranging any internal and external events, meetings and conferences 
  • Maintaining, updating, and suggesting improvements for databases, procedures, and communications to improve efficiency of operations
  • Managing queries and requests for information, both internal and external in a confidential manner 
  • Providing effective communications between senior leaders and internal departments 
  • Collating and maintaining filing, databases and document management systems 
  • Assisting with general support including copying, typing and ordering office equipment as required as well as other ad-hoc duties
