Are you who we’re looking for?
o Your communication and interpersonal skills are second to none – keeping patrons feeling positive is a must.
o You have strong time and people management skills – keeping things organised and efficient is important to you.

o You’ll have experience as a Food & Beverage Server in a similar working environment.
What does the day to day look like?
o To deliver quality service to customers and colleagues, ensuring that the company values are demonstrated at all times
o Ensuring orders are promptly taken and placed accurately to ensure an efficient customer service
o Setting up, clearing and prompt turnaround of all tables during service
o Preparation of all back of house service points with regard to expected numbers for breakfast, lunch or dinner requirements
o To be involved in preparation and service for functions and tournaments
o Attend training courses where required
