Head Chef Wanted – Exciting Opportunity in Events & Contract Catering
Salary: £38,000 per year
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. With a focus on events and contract catering, this role is ideal for someone with a strong background in hotels and restaurants.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in professional kitchens, particularly in events and contract catering
- Preferred experience in hotels and restaurants
- Full flexibility to adapt to business needs
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability, resilience, and a strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Full management of Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Allergens
- Lead the kitchen team with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Manage costings and adhere to budgets
Additional Details:
- Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm
- A PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) must be obtained, and a criminal record check passed before commencing work
