HR Administrator (Part-Time) - Edinburgh - Temporary Role - Salary up to £12.21 p/h

We are working exclusively with a leading organisation within the housing sector, to secure them a new, temporary HR Administrator to join their team, on a rolling week-to-week basis. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about administration and someone who can provide a professional and effective service to the HR department daily.
Ideally for this role, you will have existing HR Administration experience, and be able to work proactively, to assist the team as well as complete your own workload daily.

This is an ongoing temporary contract, working 21hrs p/w across 3 days. The rate for this position is £12.21p/h, with immediate starts available.
Are you who we are looking for?
- You have HR Administration experience
- You are a confident communicator both written and orally, and enjoy building key internal and external relationships across all levels
- You enjoy working as part of a wider team
- You have strong administration experience and attention to detail
- You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages and other software
- You are proactive, and able to manage your own workload whilst working to set deadlines
- You are customer focused, striving to provide excellent service at all times
What is the day to day like?
- Distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
- Completing HR information and record management daily, in line with legislation
- Undertaking HRIS housekeeping and auditing when required
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries from managers, employees, candidates and others daily
- Providing accurate and consistent information on employment and HR procedures
- Assisting with any ongoing recruitment, following internal policies
- Preparing any contractual information, completing compliance and pre-employment checks and assisting with onboarding
- Processing leavers
- Maintaining accurate records for reporting and KPI's
- Assisting with any absence management, advising managers and preparing documentation
- Adhering to all internal policies and procedures at all times, having a strong understanding of health and safety at work
