HR Advisor – 6-Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Stirlingshire (On-site, 5 days per week)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for a proactive and knowledgeable HR professional with strong Employee Relations (ER) experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing comprehensive HR support to managers and employees, ensuring best practices and compliance with employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on Employee Relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and absence management cases.

  • Support managers with HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.

  • Conduct investigations and support hearings, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.

  • Assist in managing complex HR issues, offering practical and commercially focused solutions.

  • Support change management initiatives, including restructures and redundancy processes.

  • Advise on HR policies and contribute to their development and improvement.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

  • Support HR projects as required, including engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive a positive workplace culture.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role, with a strong focus on Employee Relations.

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex ER cases.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is desirable but not essential.

  • Experience in a similar industry or environment would be advantageous.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 months (Fixed Term Contract)

  • Location: On-site in Stirlingshire, 5 days per week

  • Salary: £35,000
