HR Business Partner - UK Based - Salary up to £32,000 p/a

We are pleased to be exclusively supporting an established, global organisation who are, due to growth, expanding their HR team. As a HR Business Partner you will be responsible for providing expertise and advice, for all employee relations and HR practice matters, whilst ensuring the best delivery of support and guidance. This role is mainly focused on supporting employees, managers and the wider business to achieve the best outcomes. As a HRBP, you will be commercially aware and can offer a balanced approach. This role takes on a detailed business partnering approach to ensure business success. You will actively collaborate with stakeholders and wider team members across key departments including; Operations, Recruitment, Training & Workforce Management.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, working core business hours Monday - Friday. This role will follow a hybrid working model and have a salary available of up to £32,000 p/a. 

 

Are you who we are looking for?

  • You are an experienced HRBP, with experience gained in a contact centre or fast paced environment (desired, not essential)
  • You have 2-3 years of solid HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment 
  • You have up-to-date employment law knowledge, Republic of Ireland law knowledge is desirable 
  • You are a confident communicator both written and orally
  • You enjoy working individually and as part of a wider team environment 
  • You are confident in the use of Microsoft Packages and other software 
  • You are able to work at pace, managing deadlines and proactively 
  • You are a commercial and strategic thinker
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

 

What is the day to day like?

  • Completing all day to day HR Activities
  • Working closely with local stakeholders, employees, managers and partner organisations fully understanding their HR needs and creating targeted people support strategies 
  • Actively monitoring a range of people data and reporting information (absence, performance, engagement), analysing trends to create solutions 
  • Providing support to the Head of Business Partnering 
  • Supporting and developing key HR strategies to improve working environment, maintain/improve KPI performance 
  • Providing excellent level of advice, guidance and support to employees and managers across the full range of ER disciplines 
  • Driving business values, and morals and lead by example across these 
  • Supporting in shaping the people strategy 
  • Completing all HR Administrative duties 
  • Continually identifying new opportunities to add value to local and wider business 
  • Keeping up to date with knowledge of new HR concepts
  • Supporting and driving a high-performing and engaging culture
