Our client, based in Humbie, South Edinburgh, is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join their dynamic team. You will be working on site 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Are you who our client is looking for?

- At least 2 years of satisfactory experience in an HR or administrative role.
- A third-level HR qualification is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.

What does the day-to-day look like?

- Managing recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Onboarding, induction and manage probation process and annual review processes.

- Co-ordination Occupational health admin – arranging dates, reviews, annual reviews

- Actively support the processing and management of weekly timesheets for the payroll department
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Performance management: absenteeism, probations and under performance issues
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
