They are currently seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead the development and delivery of their safety strategy across the operational site.
About the Role:
As Health & Safety Manager, you will drive the company's safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislation and promoting safe working practices across all functions. Key responsibilities include:
- Championing a visible, positive safety culture.
- Developing and implementing safe operational procedures.
- Conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Leading safety training, inductions, and performance monitoring.
- Engaging with regulatory bodies and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
- Proven experience in risk assessments, health and safety compliance, and incident investigation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
