HSEQ Advisor

We are recruiting a dedicated and experienced HSEQ Advisor to join a forward-thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the safety and success of high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor programs promoting a safe and healthy working environment.
- Provide HSEQ support and advice to site teams, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct site audits and risk assessments, ensuring all documents are fit for purpose and comply with regulations.
- Manage environmental consents, assist with incident investigations, and prepare remedial actions when required.
- Lead initiatives to achieve ISO certifications and contribute to ongoing improvement projects.
- Support the delivery of training, safety campaigns, and induction programs for employees.
- Engage with senior management to ensure sustainability goals are met, with a focus on carbon reduction and waste management.
Skills & Experience:
- NEBOSH Certification (essential).
- Proven experience in Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management
- Experience with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Strong communicator, proactive, and able to build effective relationships with internal teams and clients.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or NRSWA Street Works certification (desirable).
- A passion for environmental sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Experience within the construction industry
