Call Handler - Glasgow - Salary DOE

We are looking to speak to experienced switchboard operators or call handlers for an excellent, new opportunity in Glasgow. Ideally for this role you will have experience handling and fielding out calls to the wider team daily. You will be acting as the first point of contact for all clients and will be professional, understanding and efficient. This is a great opportunity to join an established firm, based in the city centre of Glasgow.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working core business hours Monday - Friday. The salary for this role is up to £23,000 p/a DOE and hybrid working may be a possibility in the future.
Are you who we are looking for?
- You have call handling or switchboard experience within a professional environment
- You are a confident communicator both written and orally
- You have administration experience
- You can work well individually and within a wider team environment
- You enjoy working within a fast-paced environment
- You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages and other software
- You have an ability to multitask and handle an everchanging workload
What is the day to day like?
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls daily, from a variety of clients
- Transferring calls across the business, taking messages and following up with appropriate team members when required
- Working well individually and within a wider team environment daily
- Meeting and greeting customers and clients daily
- Completing any administrative tasks when required
