Our clients 4-star hotel in the heart of the Scottish Highlands is seeking a dedicated Live-In Chef to lead their kitchen and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Role Overview
As their Live-In Chef, you will oversee the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals, ensuring that their menu reflects both traditional and contemporary culinary styles. You will play a key role in enhancing their reputation for excellent dining while managing all aspects of kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and execute high-quality meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Cater to special events, private dining, and group bookings as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a hotel environment.
  • Culinary qualifications preferred but not essential with the right experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of guests.
