Are you who we’re looking for?
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a related manufacturing role
Proficiency with various machinery and equipment
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Ability to understand and interpret technical documents and blueprints
Basic computer literacy for operating machinery and recording data
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols
What does the day to day look like?
Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure efficient operation
Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to maintain peak performance
Setting up machines according to technical specifications and blueprints
Inspecting finished products for quality assurance and compliance with standards
Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Troubleshooting and addressing minor mechanical problems, reporting major issues to the maintenance team
Recording production data and machine performance for quality control purposes
Engaging in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives
