Responsibilities:
- Assist with transactional finance tasks, including purchase ledger management, sales ledger, and banking activities.
- Contribute to the month-end process by posting journals, generating reports, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and conducting financial analysis.
- Support the team by streamlining day-to-day tasks, allowing focus on key projects like the ERP system implementation, and provide assistance for other critical initiatives when needed.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all financial transactions and reports.
- Collaborate with the broader finance team to optimize processes and drive operational efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar finance role, ideally with familiarity in ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Solid understanding of transactional finance and month-end procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal teams and stakeholders.
