Multi Skilled Engineer / Glasgow Area / £38,000 + Benefits
A unique opportunity has become available to join a leading manufacturer within the engineering industry. This organisation prides itself on working with top facilities and people to maintain their position as an innovative market leader.
Purpose of the role: Become part of the engineering team as a time-served, multi-skilled individual able to perform electrical and mechanical tasks.
Are you who we’re looking for?
- You completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship, ideally with an electrical bias
- You can adopt preventative and reactive approaches to machine maintenance and breakdowns
- You thrive in fast-paced environments
- You enjoy working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- You are proactive, eager to learn, and get involved in predictive and preventative maintenance
- You have experience in fault finding across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC systems
- You are able to diagnose, repair and rebuild motors, pumps and gearboxes
