Multi-Skilled Engineer - Stirling - Day Shift
Purpose of the role - Covering a 40 hour per week shift pattern Monday – Friday. Reporting to the Scotland Maintenance Supervisor.
Are you who we're looking for?
- Min 2 years’ experience in a maintenance role.
- Demonstratable problem solving abilities and Quality awareness
- Demonstratable ability in Electrical Testing, fault finding, installation & inspection
- Be able to carry out mechanical repairs, including motors, invertors,
- Experience with Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Strong people skills; and objective setting
- Strong organisation and time management
- Recognised Apprenticeship/Engineering qualification, BTEC, HNC, or equivalent
- Familiarity with PLC systems
What does a day to day look like?
- Contribute to continuous improvement on site by maintaining a vigilant approach to your work, identifying, and reporting any areas of interest to site management
- Complete maintenance documentation/computer entry in line with company procedures.
- Recommend improvements to the operation of equipment, where appropriate.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and plant, where appropriate.
- Adhering to all regulations including but not limited to; ATEX and Food Safety
- Engage fully in all relevant Health, Safety and Environmental training to assist the Company to meet its legal obligations.
