Multi-Skilled Engineer – Lanarkshire – £46K+
Are you a talented Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias OR mechanical bias with good electrical knowledge, ready to take on a new challenge in a fast-moving manufacturing environment? Our Lanarkshire-based facility is seeking a driven and adaptable engineer to support our production lines, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. If you’re passionate about engineering and thrive in a team that values innovation and continuous improvement, this is the role for you.
Purpose of the Role:
To carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance across manufacturing equipment, ensuring reliable and efficient production operations.
Are you who we’re looking for?

You’ve completed a time-served apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering or have relevant multi-skilled engineering experience in a manufacturing setting

You have solid expertise in electrical fault finding, with strong knowledge of PLC diagnostics and automation systems

You’re equally comfortable getting hands-on with mechanical tasks, making you a versatile problem-solver on shift

You’re quick to respond to breakdowns and work well under pressure

You’re a team player who communicates effectively and always prioritizes Health & Safety standards
