Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 DOE

Are you an experienced professional in IT oversight and compliance, ready to make an impact within a dynamic organisation? HRC Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established client in the motor finance industry to find a skilled Oversight Analyst (IT) to join their Compliance team.

As an Oversight Analyst (IT), you will work closely with the Head of Internal Control, Compliance & Legal Relay to ensure the IT department’s oversight framework meets internal and external standards. You will lead monitoring, testing, and improvement initiatives across IT and Strategic Development teams, ensuring the organization delivers a "best in class" service.

Your mission will be to maintain the highest standards of compliance and continuously enhance processes to promote excellent outcomes for customers and the business alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an effective oversight framework across IT and Strategic Development teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and industry regulations, including Consumer Duty, CONC, TCF Principles, and GDPR.
  • Conduct monthly monitoring, control testing, and reporting on findings to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to analyse data and identify risks or potential poor outcomes, ensuring prompt remediation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across relevant business areas to escalate and resolve issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and compliance standards to provide expert guidance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in IT oversight, quality assurance, or compliance (motor finance sector preferred).
  • Strong understanding of CONC, TCF Principles, and GDPR.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
