Personal Assistant – Real Estate – Edinburgh

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional to provide vital support within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

As a key member of the Real Estate team, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth operations by delivering high-quality administrative support to fee earners. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive PA support to fee earners, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and format correspondence, reports, and legal documents to a high standard.
  • Manage client files and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and expense management.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling queries and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
  • Support business development initiatives by preparing presentations and organising events.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth progression of transactions.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar PA or legal secretary role, ideally within real estate or property law.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal or case management systems.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A client-focused mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships and maintain confidentiality.
