Are you who we’re looking for?
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in QA software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
What does the day to day look like?
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive improvements.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Support site audits from customers and external auditing bodies, ensuring the factories remain audit ready at all times.
- Provide support to the QA Lab & Technical functions as required.
