Senior Quality Improvement Engineer

We are recruiting a proactive Quality Improvement Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving continuous improvement, monitoring processes, and ensuring product quality standards are met. You will work closely with multiple teams, using data-driven tools to improve quality performance and achieve key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing standards.
- Deputise for the Plant Quality Manager and support team development.
- Lead proactive initiatives to prevent quality non-conformance.
- Use data tools to drive improvements.
- Conduct audits (IATF16949, ISO9001) and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Maintain measurement equipment and drive performance against quality KPIs.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with Root Cause Analysis.
- People management experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to drive results and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
