Quality Manager – Fife – Competitive Salary

In this role, you’ll oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, lead audits, and foster a culture of excellence. This is an ideal position for someone with a strong background in manufacturing quality assurance who is looking to bring their expertise to a company that values process improvements and employee development.

Are you who we’re looking for?

  • Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions
  • Experience in quality management software (e.g., SAP QM or Minitab)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on continuous improvement and process optimization

What does the day-to-day look like?

  • Oversee and implement quality assurance policies and procedures across the manufacturing floor
  • Conduct regular quality audits and drive initiatives to meet and exceed industry standards
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for process improvement
  • Develop training programs for staff on best practices in quality control and process optimisation
  • Manage customer feedback and work on corrective actions to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction
