We’re looking for Residential Support Workers in Glasgow to join our dynamic agency team, supporting individuals in residential care settings.

About the Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred care to vulnerable individuals, You will support residents with daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and social activities, building strong, trusting relationships along the way.

The Role Can Be Challenging:
Working in residential settings can be incredibly rewarding but also demanding. You may support individuals who present with behaviours that challenge and complex emotional needs, there may be days that are emotionally intense, physically demanding, and require resilience, patience, and quick thinking. We’re Looking For People Who Are:

  • Experienced in care or support roles (residential, supported living, or similar)

  • Compassionate, empathetic, and resilient

  • Able to work independently and handle unexpected challenges calmly

  • Holders of a valid PVG or willing to apply

  • Ideally qualified (SVQ Level 2/3 Health and Social Care) – though experience is highly valued
