Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Central Belt of Scotland
HRC Recruitment is thrilled to partner with one of Scotland’s leading multi-award-winning law firms to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional with 4+ years PQE to join a well-established, high-performing team and make a significant impact in the field of residential property law.
As a key member of the firm’s Residential Property team, you will provide expert legal advice and guidance across all aspects of residential conveyancing. You will manage a diverse caseload of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of title, working with a varied client base that includes individuals, investors, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
- Provide clear and practical advice to clients, maintaining high levels of service and communication throughout.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and professional standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering excellent service.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge, offering guidance, and fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including identifying opportunities to grow the client base and enhance the firm’s reputation in the residential property market.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years PQE with a strong background in residential conveyancing.
- Proven experience managing complex conveyancing transactions with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client care and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Proactive approach to mentoring and team collaboration, helping junior colleagues develop their skills and expertise.
- A client-focused mindset, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
