Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Location: Glasgow, Ayrshire & Dumfries (Remote) 
Salary: £35000+ Bonus and Car Allowance

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring that our products and services remain the go-to choice for our clients.   • Proven track record in sales management, with experience in leading successful teams
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities
  • Experience in managing and expanding client relationships, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Passionate about professional development and staying up-to-date with market trends

What does the day to day look like?

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence in your territory.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
  • Upselling products to clients based on promotions, seasonal events etc. 
  • Monitoring sales metrics and performance, and taking corrective action when necessary
  • Identifying emerging market trends and business opportunities to stay ahead of the competition
