- 6 months UK care experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to lead a team of care assistants
- Medication Awareness
What does the day to day look like?
- Promote independence and encourage the residential users to achieve their own personal outcomes
- Accompany and participate in meaningful activities, communicate with families and recreational activity programmes
- Update our care plans accordingly
- Monitor general health and vital signs
- Medication reports
