Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer ready to take on a leadership role in a high-speed, global manufacturing environment? Our Ayrshire facility is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to oversee critical engineering initiatives, lead a team of skilled engineers, and ensure the reliability and optimization of our production processes. Purpose of the Role: To lead electrical engineering operations, driving improvements in equipment reliability and production efficiency.

Are you who we’re looking for?

  • You hold a time-served apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering and bring extensive experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • You’re comfortable dealing with contractors. 
  • You have a proven track record in managing maintenance programs and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.
  • You’re experienced in team leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and coordinating cross-functional projects.
  • You’re proactive, organized, and able to adapt to changing project demands, taking initiative to enhance production processes.
  • You adhere strictly to Health and Safety standards and regulations.
