About You and What the Role Involves:
- Preparation of commercial accounting reports and financial performance analysis.
- Conducting variance analysis and suggesting improvements.
- Developing and implementing projects assigned by the Finance Director.
- Performing ad hoc analysis to assist with budget preparation, projects, and commercial analysis.
- Experienced in system accounting projects and process improvement.
- Proficient in using SQL, PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Advanced Excel user.
- Personable, driven, and professional.
- Comfortable liaising with different departments and implementing new ideas.
- A natural commercial flair and the ability to look behind the numbers.

This role has a clear plan for progression and will report directly to the Finance Director.
