Senior Pension Project Analyst – Glasgow/Edinburgh Hybrid

Are you a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pensions and project management? A leading financial services organisation is looking for a Senior Pension Project Analyst to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage complex pension projects for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage a variety of pension projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • DB Pensions Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Defined Benefit pensions to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and compliance records.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during project execution, ensuring client satisfaction.

Essential Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in project management and Defined Benefit pensions.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of DB pension schemes and related regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Certifications: Relevant industry qualifications are desirable.
