Are you who we’re looking for?
- Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with production software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
What does the day-to-day look like?
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Lead and train your team, driving continuous improvement.
