As a Specialist Support Analyst, you will be part of a team supporting customers in arrears who are identified as being vulnerable.
This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who is eager to progress in their career and put their excellent customer service and communication skills to good use.
What does the day-to-day look like?
- Recognise and support all vulnerable customers in achieving the best outcome for the customer
- Perform all aspects of specialist support/collection activity in line with all business procedures and strategy
- Handle inbound and outbound specific support communication
- Ensure performance levels are maintained in line with expectations
- Follow all compliance procedures in respect of all activity undertaken
- Advise and negotiate with customers on suitable, affordable and sustainable repayments
- Display strong telephone manners with the ability to build rapport
What shifts would I be working?
- Full time - 35hrs per week covering the operational hours
