Staff Nurse (Care home)
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £19/ hour
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at our care home in Glasgow. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Both night and day shift contracts are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent nursing care and support to care home residents
- Oversee medicine management and ensure safe administration of medication according to NMC standards
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines
- Supervise and mentor care home staff members
- Maintain a safe, caring, and stable environment for residents
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure the smooth running of the care home
Requirements:
- Current registration with the NMC
- Relevant Nursing qualification
- Experience in nursing, preferably in a care home setting
- Compassionate and caring attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
