Location: Glasgow

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Are you who we’re looking for?

We are seeking a driven and strategic Supply Chain Manager with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. To excel in this role, you should possess the following attributes and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to engage and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Certification in supply chain or logistics (e.g., APICS, CIPS) is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills

What does the day to day look like?

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our supply chain operations. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Managing end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement to delivery
  • Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Leading and mentoring a team of supply chain professionals
  • Negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Identifying and mitigating risks within the supply chain
