Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Renfrewshire
Salary: £12.25 - £12.50
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/Ad hock
Job Description: As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients. You will assist with daily activities, promote independence, and ensure the wellbeing and safety of those in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes or in a community setting.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
- Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Encourage and participate in recreational activities and social events.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential ( 6 months minimum )
- Right to work in the UK
