  • Enthusiastic Support Workers across Inverness.
  • Support workers who want to provide physical and emotional support for those in need.
  • 6 months UK care experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What does the day to day look like?

  • Promote independence and encourage the service user to achieve their own personal outcomes
  • Accompany and participate in meaningful activities such as community involvement and relationship building exercises
  • Help service users access leisure and social opportunities
  • Update our care plans accordingly
