Position: Support Worker - supported living

Role Overview:
As a Support Worker in our supported living service, you will play a crucial role in assisting both younger and older adults with their daily living needs. Your responsibilities will include personal care, organizing and accompanying individuals on outings, and working collaboratively within a team environment to ensure a supportive and safe atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.
- Plan and participate in outings and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Compassionate and patient with a strong commitment to helping others.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to adapt to various tasks and manage time efficiently.
