HR Consultancy are currently working with a leading employer in the East Kilbride area who now require a Accounts Payable Specialist to join them on a temporary basis.
The primary areas of responsibility will include:
• Enter invoices and credit memos
• Match invoice to purchase order
• Processing and checking Staff Expense reports
• Coordinate payment runs
• Reconcile statements
• Deal with supplier queries
• Previous Accounts Payable experience
• Experience dealing with high volume of transactions
• Good communication skills
• SAP experience is essential
